Everything You Need to Know for a Relaxing and Hassle-Free Experience
Upon your reservation you will receive a link through which you may execute the check-in online within the day prior to your arrival. Please be aware that in case of failure of online check-in before your arrival, a service fee of 50 euros will be applied. Check-in can be done from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm and until midnight an extra-fee of 40 euros will be charged. After midnight, entry is allowed upon request with an extra fee of 60 euros.
Check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. After 10:00 a service fee of 20 euros will be charged. The rate you choose includes breakfast and daily cleaning of your room. This requires that the room be vacated by 11:00 am to allow the housekeeper to clean up. Linen and sheets are changed every 3 days. A daily change can be provided upon request at a cost of 15 euros per person.
It is strictly forbidden to eat meals inside the rooms or introduce food, under penalty of a 150 euro fine. Pets not allowed. A crib is available upon request at a cost of 25 euros for the entire stay. The swimming pool observes the following hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Please note that at check-in you will have to pay the City of Monopoli tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person from the age of 12. The following categories are exempt from payment: residents. Upon arrival we will ask for credit card details on which to charge any extras and to guarantee any damages caused. It is forbidden to bring unregistered guests into the Masseria rooms and property without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to charge guests for any of the following (e.g., breakage, stains, damage to furniture or structures and equipment). Please report any accidental damage should it occur immediately in order to minimize the cost. Lost keys will incur a replacement cost for each lost key. Any items lost or forgotten by guests during their stay, if found, will be kept for a period of one month. Although we will do our best to return lost items to their owners, we accept no responsibility and encourage guests to make sure they have all their items before leaving the Masseria.
All of our rooms are equipped with a safe. It is the responsibility of each guest to protect their valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft during your stay. Looking forward to welcoming you to our Masseria, we send you our most warm greetings.
